I am still working on the baseball brochures for my son's victory league baseball team's 2006 season. I have also had a lot of transcription, one is a very long tape which is not due until May, so I work on that a little at a time. I am also designing a logo for a law enforcement group. Busy, busy, busy.

Update on Work in Progress
I am currently doing my normal everyday work for some of my clients. However, it is that time of year again to start preparing for BASEBALL. My son created a Victory League Team for the area we live in. Automated Word Professionals creates all of the promotional materials for the baseball team. Therefore, my big project at this minute is creating the standard schedule brochure for this year's games. Also, AWP is creating a small portion for a gift that Joey's Crochet is making for a friend. That is all that can be said at this time. This is just an update.

What's New Here?
Actually, not much is new. I am still teaching myself HTML, so I have been busy with that which has rendered me unable to come up with anything to post. I am also working on a crochet project which is a belated Christmas gift and I really need to get it done. So, hopefully, I will have new entries in the very near future.

Price List
I have finally created a table for the AWP price list; the price list is found on another blog which is attached to this blog. You can either click on the link on the left side of this blog page to go to that page, or you may access it by opening http://www.basicpricelist.blogspot.com. I hope you will check it out.
This was my first attempt at actually creating something from scratch in HTML and showing it to the public. It was also quite exciting (?!?) to get the blog to accept my language format, which, of course, wanted to conflict with the programming of the blog. But, I believe with my determination and perseverance, I got everything worked out (by myself) just fine. I am pretty proud of this table!!!

Work! Work! Work!
This has been a very busy weekend for AWP. I have had a lot of projects to complete for one of my clients. But, so far, we have survived.
I am hoping to continue learning about HTML and JAVA for web site design. This is one of the areas that I would like to enhance AWP with. I love doing things like that. I have been dabbling here and there with it and hope to pick up the pace with the knowledge and understanding of the language now that the holidays are over with.
Speaking of holidays, I hope that everyone had a wonderful, safe and happy holiday season. Have you all begun working on your New Year's resolutions?

This is the home of Automated Word Professionals. This company was established in 1990. AWP does primarily desktop publishing which is the creation of many different objects such as letterhead and envelopes, logos, business cards, brochures, labels of all types, menus, signs, professional presentation packages, iron-ons and much more. AWP also assists companies with clerical work such as forms creation, maintaining databases, filing, typing, transcription and more. The newest thing intranscription for AWP is digital transcription. At this point in time, AWP has primarily law enforcement agencies as regular clients requiring transcription and other clerical duties. Please see the Basic Price List, link on left of blog, which shows some of the rates of services. (Law enforcement agencies need to contact me privately regarding rates.)
